Leaping Frog Publications is a new venture fostered by an open group a academics, writers and artists who wish to publish and present work free from bureaucratic, institutional and commercial constraints.

Leaping Frog has four distinct aims.

To stimulate debate about living conditions.
To provide a platform for essayists to explore ideas and issues.
To provide an outlet for presenting artistic endeavours.
To provide a place for poets and versifiers to share their works.
